Waking up with a 1/4” of water on your bedroom floor at 5am is not a fun way to wake up. Panic, uncertainty, and just not knowing what to do. Allstate is my insurance, called them up and Puro Clean mitigation was sent out. They came out within hours which was awesome. Kevin was my project manager and you can tell he has experience and the hustle, but is still compassionate. He treated me like a person which may sound weird, but he sees stuff like this everyday and still had a gentle tone. All his teammates as well were great. They are people like you and me. They were quick, but very thorough with drying everything out. They let me ask questions, showed me how they measure and gave advice based off of what they have seen. Only time will tell, but I believe they did the best they could and saved the house from potential additional damage. I am happy with the mitigation team. I know Puro Clean has serval contractors. I highly recommend the water damage team. Sharing some photos so people can see what to expect if you get water damage. It’s scary at first, but it needs to be done.

Good luck getting anyone to come out for follow up visits. Based on a recommendation from our insurance company, we initially had them come out to assess some water damage and mold growth due to a leak in our ceiling. They cut a small hole in the drywall and told me to call them back after a plumber had repaired the source of the leak. I called back a week later after the repair was made only to be given the runaround for several weeks. Finally after 7 phone calls and several messages to the project manager (over the course of 2 weeks) the main office finally has Scott return my call. Scott calls and I explain to him that I have been trying to get someone to come back out and finish the job. He tells me that’s not something they can do. Such a waste of our time to wait around for weeks with a moldy hole in the ceiling only to be told they now are unable to help me.. very unprofessional and I will not work with this business in the future.

They were able to send a crew out the same day. Kevin came to see the damage and provide an estimate. I walked with him and he explained what would need to be done and would show/explain why it needed to be done. While he was doing this he had a new employee with him giving him on the job training (great to see). That same afternoon a two man crew arrived to set up and get the job done. Prior to them starting one of them walked through with me to verify everything they were to do. Great, knowledgeable, professional service, I would recommend and use them again.

Upstairs toilet overflowed down to first floor and basement. Response was immediate and they came in and got the job done and explained process. It was a very stressful time and they helped put my mind to ease. Would recommend them if you ever find yourself in this unfortunate situation.
